I've decided to use Vox for my lists. The Uberlist, grocery lists, reading lists, etc.

Or I may turn this into a craft blog.

But definitely one of those two.

I'd love to use this space as my monthly Uberlist checkpoint. My original list is here, and these are the items I've completed so far:

1. CRAFT – Meet with Christine to discuss business plan
We met today. She is such an amazing woman, and she had a lot of positive advice and feedback. I am more inspired than ever to start my own business.
8. CRAFT – Make hat for Seth to match scarf
Done!
9. CRAFT – Make first pair of socks
Done!
14. CRAFT – Make knitting needle case
Done!
27. FRIENDS – Drinks with Sarah A.
We started drinking mimosas with breakfast, and ended up drunk in the bowling alley for most of the afternoon. This girl is seriously good times.
31. HEALTH – Try a Yoga Pilates class
I was given a pass to try several classes at the yoga studio downtown. The Yoga Pilates class was much less hardcore than I expected, but I tried a Vinyasa class that I absolutely adored. I signed up for the series and have been going once a week for the past three weeks. While I’m disappointed in the Yoga Pilates class, I’ve found a series of classes that are challenging and motivating, which was the whole point of me adding it to this list.
41. HOME – Organize bedroom closet
Extra blankets and clothing are now secure in storage bins, shoes are aligned, and my skateboard is now in the living room.
48. HOME – Move books from living room to new bedroom shelves
Done!
54. LOVE – Spend a Sunday in bed with books and scones
It is impossible to get this man to stay in bed all day (something about a bad back, or the need to be productive), but on New Year’s Day we sat on my couch, hit the 4:20 and watched a marathon of “The Biggest Loser”, grazing on a gigantic breakfast, Twizzlers, Lindt chocolate and Gobstoppers. This is as close as I will get to completing this one, people.
99. WHIMSY – Finish website redesign
Switched to Wordpress, put an image on the main website page, and found a template I like. I know that I will shift and change the masthead, but I’m thoroughly pleased with things around these parts.
100. WHIMSY – Buy Photoshop
The always amazing and unbelievably generous Sandra provided the program for me. TOTALLY LEGAL, by the way, totally legal.

What's the last thing you crafted, constructed or created yourself?

-  a pair of fingerless gloves, Debbie Bliss Cashmerino yarn and Knitty pattern
-  shirt, using a Built by Wendy pattern
-  two shotglasses, using silica based sand and a big-ass furnace
-  currently finishing a queen-sized quilt for my best friend's wedding in October
-  a laptop case
-  some necklaces
-  a friendship bracelet for Caitlin

The girl is crafty like ice is cold!

Next up? Maybe a quilt for myself. Unless you all start having babies and getting married like you did this time last year, then I'll have to put my shit on the wayside AGAIN and keep making shit for you assholes.
